The "book" has listing up to 8/19/1964 with serial numbers 975909-978408. It then says "see new book". There is no 'new book' as far as I know of...
The "not list" says:
978635 – 4x5 crown -- December 1964
980335 – crown -- guessed at 1965
which is probably as close as you can figure.
You could try on graflex.org as some folks there know, but who knows?
