Number 197083 through 197832 starts on 02/22/1937
Those are for 4x5 Speeds.
Possible closer dates:
194768 through 195861 on 11/02/1936
195891 through 196380 on 01/04/1937
197083 through 197832 on 02/22/1937
198638 through 199387 on 04/22/1937
Pick any third number and decide on your own date
