SBV MBs - You can post too!

I've wondered for a long time why local SB folks don't seem to join in on any conversations here. And to be honest, I really don't like viewing the message board and only seeing my name... I thought for a long time that there simply weren't any SB folks on the internet, but could that be possible? So, for a while, I have been going over the site's logs. Well, that's odd... There seems to be some local folk here after all!

Now, the folks fron Honeoye post regularly on their MB's and even got quite upset when their old board closed down "for maintenance". They now have a new place to post, and do so. Canadice also has a nice place to post, and they do. Bristol had a nice MB where their local folk posted, and they will have again... Why not South Bristol?

Then I thought that just maybe the folks here didn't realize that this is a PUBLIC message board where everyone can post and join in. There MUST be some topics that interest local people? Politics, weather, gardening, the lake, our roads, SB Daze, the new feed store, anything?

So here's a message directed at _you_! Yes, you too can post here. Answer any of the existing messages or start a topic all your own. If you do, you may just get a response from someone else who has been reading here but not posting. And then we might just find out that SB is in fact on the internet after all...

If all else fails, I might just have to come here under a false name and talk to myself... ;-) Which is not uncommon after a long hot weekend of hard work...

I may use it some day when I can no longer walk, talk, and enjoy the things in life that are EXCITING. This site has a great layout though, if that means anything. You must get bored conversing with yourself- maybe you SHOULD post under a different name and talk to yourself. That would be just as useless as this messageboard is in itself.
